Absolutely brilliant for surveying old tenements. The 100m range is overkill for most rooms, but it's incredibly fast and much more reliable than my old Toolstation budget buy.
The Pythagorean mode is a game changer for estimating guttering jobs. I can measure the height of a house from the pavement. Saves me so much time on quotes.
Great bit of kit for the price. Only minor gripe is the beep is quite loud, but you can turn it off. Accuracy is spot on compared to my Leica.
